With a background in Exercise Physiology + Nutrition and a Doctorate degree in Chiropractic Medicine, I've spent the last 15 years of my career helping women and moms in both clinical and fitness settings. I've had the opportunity to help thousands of women during pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood rebuild strength and eliminate pain. And since 2020 I have coached women + moms totally virtually!

After growing our family and bringing home our second son, I realized moms didn't just need a workout program.
