Hi 👋🏼I’m Dr. Kelsy - truth be told I had pelvic floor problems LONG before I ever got pregnant
In my 20’s I thought I was doing all the “right” things for my body (aka marathon training, teaching spin classes and eating clean - that’s all healthy… right?).
I was exhausted and burnt out. My body was screaming for help. My hair was falling out in clumps, and I developed extreme lower back and hip pain that no doctor could figure out (a telltale sign of pelvic floor problems!).
And the worst part of all? Despite how hard I was working, I still wasn’t seeing the results I wanted 😖.
So I decided to take my health into my own hands. I focused on the foundations👇🏼
✅ I traded my intense sweat sessions for simple+effective pelvic floor & core focused workouts
✅ I started tracking my food + eating upwards of 2500 calories per day to help strengthen my core + improve my overall muscle tone
✅ I ditched the cardio altogether - turns out marathon running and teaching weekly spin classes was absolutely destroying my core AND my hormones, leaving me exhausted and in pain
And it worked 👇🏼


Fast forward to today 👇🏼
💃🏻 I have more energy now than I did when I was 20 (and now I'm chasing around a toddler)
🍏 My core is no longer my "problem area"... even after having a baby
💪🏼 I'm strong enough to carry my screaming toddler up the stairs as he protests nap time
